Join the Extension Master Gardener Volunteers and Danny Lauderdale, Extension Agent as they host Peter Hatch, who was director of gardens at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello for 35 years. He will give a presentation on the gardens, answer questions, and sign copies of his book. Limited tickets and seating are available for the event. Proceeds help sustain the Pitt County Arboretum. Gardening sponsors will have booths set up to visit starting at 9 a.m. The presentation will begin at 10 a.m. and end by noon.
